I just watched a very inspiring video of a woman who has managed to overcome her life difficulty. Born with cerebral palsy, Maysoon Zaid went through the early stages of her life trying to be as normal as everyone else with the persistence of her parents. Her father especially. With a man like this supporting and always encouraging you, I believe there is nothing in this world you can’t do, cerebral palsy or not! She worked her way to be a stand-up comedian and I came across her video on TEDWomen. It is funny and also very empowering. It challenges the way you think about disabilities, or rather what really disables you, and makes you want to be better in all aspects of your life.
Here is her video and I hope it inspires you as much as it inspires me. RESPECT.
If you are just wondering if you can, then you can!
